Multi-Color Precut Tutu layers, Joined, Gathered, Pleated

No time to gather your layers? We can do that for you! Just select the size of the tutu, the colors of the Net wanted and the layers you want gathered. The un-gathered layers will be joined, but not gathered to allow for you to add your own decorative tulles or nets into the layer. Or you can choose the pleating option for the un-gathered rows. An optional hoop channel can be sewn in before net is gathered. The pricing does include the net for the entire tutu. Please allow 2-3 extra days to prepare your order before shipping.
