Very smooth, light weight, and has a wonderful hand. It is 65% polyester, 35% Combed cotton, and 60" wide. Excellent when doubled for the Tutu Panty. It makes a firm sub-straight for the net layers. It's especially good for tutus that are being partnered. This fabric can also be used as top skirt overlays and chemises for peasant style romantic tutus. The white can be dyed using polyester dyes.
